All items are handmade with extra attention to each unique item

1. All items are handmade and individually crafted; meaning no two pieces of jewelry will be identical.

2. Actual color may be slightly different then the picture shown. 

3. Please ask questions, or express any concerns you may have prior to purchasing to ensure a positive experience. 

4. Because this is a small business all sales are considered as is, and final. If there is something physically wrong with the item purchased, or the item needs to be resized, we will replace or fix the item but the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There may also be a charge for resizing depending on the circumstances of the order.

5. YouNeek Creations is an online only business.

6. Payment is accepted through PayPal on my website via credit or debit only.

7. Please allow 3-10 business days before your order is shipped**

8. YouNeek Creations is not responsible for any packages once they are in the possession of USPS. Therefore if the tracking number associated with your order states that your package was delivered and you believe it has been lost or stolen, (out of your mailbox, off of your porch, etc. especially if you live in apartment buildings) YouNeek Creations is not responsible for this and we cannot issue a refund or a replacement. We can offer you a coupon code if you would like to re-order the item(s). Otherwise you should contact USPS for any other issues.
